Chardonnay

This elegant, naked Chardonnay is fruit forward and releases aromas of white peach, bosc pear, notes of butterscotch, hazelnut, bourbon, caramel cream, vanilla beans, and marzipan. Some mineral hints add extra complexity. It has a medium body and velvety structure. Best served with Italian food, Atlantic salmon, and Maine oysters.
