This masterpiece represents the pinnacle of Italina red verities, to create Barbera America. It was aged in French oak for almost 7 months, just enough to tame its muscle engine. It releases aromas such as roses, amphorae clay pot, maraschino cherries, cured meats and leather. It’s best served with ribeye steak, andProsciutto.
