FAQs

Welcome to The Farm!

Please make sure you read this ahead of your visit. We seat on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a large party, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may not always be able to seat you together at one table or in your preferred location.

We look forward to playing with you at the Farm!

  • Nope! We seat on a first come, first serve basis

  • You still do not need a reservation. We seat on a first come, first serve basis. We will always appreciate a head’s up that you are coming, and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you and your party; however, seats are limited. We recommend large parties come in closer to opening time to ensure availability of tables. Parties that come in during busy times will either need to wait until seats are available or be seated at separate tables. Large parties may not always be seated in preferred areas. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but Stone Farm reserves the right to seat parties where they will have the best service.

  • For parties of 7 or more, we will gladly separate checks up to 4 ways. You can either do this individually 4 ways or evenly 4 ways, but the maximum number of checks is still 4. You can also pay in cash (with a 3% discount if the entire bill is in cash).

  • If you’d like a private party of any kind, then you must rent the space. You can email our Events Coordinator, Nicole, for more information: nicole@stonefarmcellarsandvineyard.com

  • We love fundraising events, and have hosted several events, such as Bingo, Thon, and the American Heart Association. Please contact Nicole, our Event Coordinator, for pricing and more information: nicole@stonefarmcellarsandvineyard.com. Please provide appropriate documentation.

  • We will gladly host you and your family; however, Stone Farm is an adult centered venue. All parents/legal guardians will need to fill out a child waiver form, stating that the parents/guardians will be in constant supervision of their children, and children will not be more than an arm’s length away from parents/guardians at all times.

If there is any disturbance from any children in your party, you will be given 1 warning, then asked to leave immediately if it continues. Disturbances include, but are not limited to playing or standing on tables, chairs, stairs, rocks, or boulders; playing in or around the pond; being bothersome to other guests. Stone Farm reserves the right to define bothersome.

Also, any guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent/adult over the age of 25. This is a Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board policy, that you can read more about here: https://www.lcb.pa.gov/Legal/Documents/002059.pdf. See Minors Under Proper Supervision.

  • Children must be seated with adults/parents at all times.  They are not permitted to be seated at another table; they must be with you. Stone Farm expects children to be under direct supervision of their parents and no more than an arm’s length away. This includes going to the bathroom. Children are not permitted to run among the grounds, play around the pond, or be unsupervised at any time. If they are, you will be given 1 warning. If they continue to run around, you will be asked to leave.

  • When you come into the winery, you will be greeted by a Staff Member who will go over the wine menu with you. We provide table service (unless stated otherwise) to all guests. We offer first come, first served seating, so you will be able to have a seat wherever you’d like (within reason), and a server will help you. Wine tastings include your choice of 5 of our wines. Each tasting is approximately 1 1/2 glasses of wine. We also offer single tastings, glasses, and bottles. We also offer private, guided tastings as well! Please remember, always be respectful to your server/bartender, and we reserve the right to end service to anyone, especially if they appear intoxicated.
