2021 Cabernet Sauvignon - American

Our impressive Cabernet Sauvignon was blended and aged in bourbon oak barrels for 24 months before it was ready for bottling. Its mouthfeel is solid and round, and elicits aromas such as blackcurrant, white pepper, mocha, raw, dark chocolate, wet river stones, caramel, truffles, and cured meats. Best served with roasted turkey, Ossobuco and tapas dishes.
